Walk or run 100km in June tracking your progress on Strava and in our One Life Team hosted there, and if you complete, you'll receive a very special and unique One Life Medal - only available to win in challenges

Here's how you can participate and get your hands of your One Life medal:
Step 1: Join the One Life Health & Fitness group on Strava and Facebook
You need to be in both groups for our Coaches to guide and support you.
Step 2: Log your progress
Every time you go for a walk or run, record it on Strava to record your progress.
Step 3: Bag your medal
Submit your progress via the Facebook group at the end of the month to be sent your One Life medal to hang up with pride.
Remember:
✸ Your entry is valid only upon signing up.
✸ Medals are only sent to participants who can show they have walked/run 100km in the month of June.
